We're do not diet nor are we watching calories, or frankly do we even worry at all about healthy eating in this house, but still, we love this fish, and I'm always surprised I'm eating...

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees
- 2. place fish on a plate and pour lemon juice over it. let soak for a moment.
- 3. In a shallow dish, combine milk, hot sauce, and garlic. In a second dish, combine pepper, salt, onion powder, and cornflake crumbs.
- 4. Dip fish in milk mixture and roll in corn flake crumbs. Arrange on a baking dish, prepared with cooking spray.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes on middle rack without turning.
- 6. Garnish with fresh lemon.
