I don't know where I got this recipe, but I've been making it for years. (I've used what milk I have on hand, skim, 2%, or Buttermilk) Everyone is so surprised that it is so tender & juicy when I make it. Such simple ingredients; such yummy chicken.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
- Melt shortening & butter in a 9x13 baking pan, in oven.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip chicken in milk and coat completely with dry mixture.
- Place skin side down in melted butter.
- Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Turn chicken over, and cook an additional 30 minutes.
