OVEN CHICKEN WITH LINGUINE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 medium onion, double-chopped
2 Tbs Marjarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbs dried basil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
4 chicken breasts
8 oz. linguine
2 pkgs frozen spinach, squeezed dry
2 oz. grated parmesan (1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp salt
1 small unpeeled orange, quartered

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400deg. Melt marjarine in oven in 15x10 casserole dish. Remove from oven and stir in onion, garlic, basil, and pepper flakes. Roll chicken in marjarine mixture and bake for about 45 minutes. Cook Linguine, rinse, and drain. Lift chicken from casserole dish, keep warm. Placed squeeze-dried spinach, linguine, cheese, and salt in baking pan. Using two forks, mix well. Place chicken back in casserole dish, and serve.
