Oriental Turkey Patties image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 (8-ounce) can whole water chestnut, drained and chopped
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
hot cooked japanese curly noodles, if desired
sweet and sour sauce, if desired

Steps:

  • Set oven control to broil. Mix turkey, 1/4 cup sweet-and-sour sauce, the water chestnuts and onions. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Place on rack in broiler pan.Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 12 to 16 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
