Oriental Rice Hotdish image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup uncooked white rice
1 lb hamburger (venison hamburger works great)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
Soy sauce to taste
Oriental noodles
1 onion
Celery - optional

Steps:

  • Place rice and 1 cup water in casserole dish, let sit while you brown the hamburger.
  • Mix in all three soup mixes and hamburger into casserole. Add soy sauce to taste, along with 1 cup of Oriental noodles, onion and celery, Stir. Sprinkle top with more Oriental noodles,
  • Cover and bake 350°F for 45 minutes. For golden top, remove lid after 35 minutes.
