1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
2 cups CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 cups frozen broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon
1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Microwave potatoes as directed on package. (Do not mash.)
  • Cook pasta sauce, broccoli, milk and seasonings in medium saucepan on medium heat 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add potatoes; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently.
  • Serve soup topped with remaining ingredients.
