ORANGE OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES image

Yield 4 dozen cookies

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt mix and set aside
In large bowl combine
1 cup soft butter,
¾ cup brown sugar,
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp water .beat until creamy
Gradually add flour mixture and
2 cups Quick Oats
1 cup raisins (lightly floured)
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
½ tsp Orange Extract

Steps:

  • Drop by rounded TBS onto greased cookie sheet. Cook in preheated 375° oven for 10-12 Minutes. Yield: 4 dozen 2" cookies
