Steps:
- Place Ritz Crackers in a Ziploc baggie and crush to a pea size. Take out 2 handfuls and set aside. Place the crushed crackers in a bowl and pour melted butter over the crackers and mix well. Place mixture in a 13x9 inch buttered pan and press crackers down firmly in bottom of pan.
- In another bowl mix Cool Whip and eagle brand milk together until blended. Add orange juice and mandarin oranges. Mix well and pour mixture over the crackers. Top with the remaining crackers and a few of the saved orange segments.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set. (Overnight is better.)
