This recipe is from Southern Living Christmas Cookbook 2008. I have made for dinner parties and our guests love it.

Steps:
- 1. Bring first 9 ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally 20 minutes.
- 2. Season pork with salt & pepper & rosemary. Brown pork in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place pork in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan.
- 3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155 degrees. Remove pork from oven and cover with aluminum foil; let stand 5 minutes until thermometer registers 160 degrees.
- 4. Slice pork and serve with cranberry sauce mixture.
