One-Pot Beef Stroganoff image

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp. paprika
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 cup water
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in flour.
  • Add beef broth, mustard and paprika; mix well. Stir in peppers and mushrooms. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in noodles and water; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream; cook and stir 1 min.
