- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice bananas into blender. Add egg, oil, vanilla, and orange juice. Blend well until smooth.
- In 9-inch square pan, stir flour, nuts, baking soda and salt with a fork. Add banana mixture and mix with fork.
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
