One Dish Macaroni and Beef image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp adobo
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice (can substitute with vegetable juice)
Grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • In large skillet, add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, & adobo. Brown meat & drain.
  • Return meat to pan. Add elbow macaroni (uncooked) to pan, covering meat. Add juice to completely cover macaroni. Cover & simmer until macaroni is al dente, and juice is completely absorbed.
  • Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
