Steps:
- In large skillet, add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, & adobo. Brown meat & drain.
- Return meat to pan. Add elbow macaroni (uncooked) to pan, covering meat. Add juice to completely cover macaroni. Cover & simmer until macaroni is al dente, and juice is completely absorbed.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and serve.
