OMI'S GRAVY image

Number Of Ingredients 5

meat drippings
hot water or bouillion
cornstarch - water (1:1 ratio)
salt and pepper to taste
seasonings to taste

Steps:

  • Have set aside a container of water before working. Allow drippings to boil in saucepan. Add enough hot water to drippings to stop them brom boiling momentarily. Quickly add cornstarch-water mixture to drippings. Add additional water as thickness requires. Add salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste.
