Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. In a bowl: Combine clams, green onion, 1 TBSP melted butter, garlic salt, minced garlic, and oregano. Add Italian bread crumbs, clam juice, egg, and cheeses. Stuff mushrooms with clam mixture. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over mushrooms. Cover; bake for 35-40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese. Melt cheese.
