An intresting and refreshing salad. The anchovies melt and no one will be able to see them - but it gives this salad its unique flavor...trust me no one will know that anchovies were used.

Steps:
- Slice the skin off each orange, removing both the peel and the white skin or pith. Coarsely chop the oranges and reserve.
- Place the chopped oranges, orange juice from the oranges, anchovies, onion, olives, and basil leaves in a salad bowl. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss well and serve
