Steps:
- Soak tapioca in water from 3-12 hours. Use a 1 1/2 quart pan. Add milk and salt to soaked tapioca. Stir until boiling over low heat for 50 minutes. Beat eggs with sugar. Mix in some hot tapioca. Return all to pan, stir 3 minutes over low heat. Cool 15 minutes add vanilla. Serve warm or chilled.
