- Using blender or food processor, liquefy 3 1/2 cups of potatoes. Blend in the dry ingredients and eggs. Add the remaining 1/2 cup potatoes, blending or processing until chunks are quite small. Cook in Crisco on 375° griddle until crispy outside, tender inside, turning once. Serves 6 big appetites.
