A coastal take on cauliflower salad.

Steps:
- Chop cauliflower florets into small bite sized pieces (about 2 1/2 cups) and place in a medium bowl. Add the peas, celery and shallot. Toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo, Old Bay, salt and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Pour over the veggies and gently stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, for the flavors to meld and for the peas to thaw.
