Oatmeal Pancakes P90X Recipe - (3.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/2 c quick-cooking oats
1/2 c low-fat buttermilk
1/2 c skim milk
2 egg whites
1 Tbs canola oil
2 Tbs brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, combine oats and milks. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Beat in the egg whites and oil. Add dry ingredients. Mix until just moistened. Cook like pancakes.
