OATMEAL COOKIES WITH A TWIST image

Yield Makes about 4 dozen

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar or Splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar or Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 salt (I use sea salt)
3 cups Oatmeal
1 cup Craisins or dried cranberries
1 cup toasted walnuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour combined with baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in Oats and Craisins. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes! Enjoy
