2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
CARAMEL ICING
1/2 c brown sugar, lightly packed
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
