Now and Later Baked Ziti image

Ziti, sauteed beef and onion, Prego® Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce and cheeses are combined to bake and serve now or to freeze to bake later.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lb. ground beef see savings
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup) see savings
7 1/2 cups Prego® Fresh Mushroom Italian Sauce see savings
9 cups tube-shaped pasta (ziti), cooked and drained see savings
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (about 3 cups) see savings
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese see savings

Steps:

  • Cook the beef and onion in an 8-quart saucepot over medium high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat.
