Number Of Ingredients 4

4 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Beat egg whites till foamy. Add sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form. Drop by teaspoon on a lightly greaased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour after one hour in ove, let stand in oven for an additional hour.
