Steps:
- 1. Shred cooked chicken.
- 2. Sauté onion in butter until tender.
- 3. Add all ingredients minus cream, sour cream, and cheese.
- 4. Let simmer on high for one hour or low for as long as needed. Thirty minutes before time to eat, add heavy cream.
- 5. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream (opt).
