3 oz Grant and Sons Scotch
1-1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Clear Creek Douglas Fir Eau de Vie
1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
1/2 oz Demerara Syrup*
4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Steps:

  • Shake over ice, strain into a couple glasses, and garnish with a lemon twist. *Combine two parts demerara sugar with one part water in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
