Nordic Ware Popovers image

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
3 tablespoon Butter, Melted
1 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease each cup and lightly dust with flour, sugar or Parmesan Cheese
  • Have all ingredients at room temperature. In blender, beat eggs, add milk and melted butter. Slowly blend in flour and salt
  • Fill each popover cup 3/4 full. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
