Noodle Pudding image

The cheese mixture is very much like a cheese cake, you will be licking the spoon! Very simple to put together Reheats easily, tastes good cold!

MUST PREPARE DAY AHEAD
1 bag(s) wide noodles
1 pt sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
6 large eggs
1 c sugar
NEXT DAY TOPPING
1 1/2 c corn flake crumbs
4 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c butter melted

Steps:

  • 1. Grease a 9 X 16 pyrex pan
  • 2. Cook noodles and drain Cream eggs,cream cheese and sour cream. Gradually add sugar, blend well
  • 3. Combine noodles and cheese mixture well. Pour into pan and spread evenly Cover and refrigerate over night
  • 4. NEXT DAY TOPPING Melt butter and sugar add crushed cornflakes to make a thick mixture drizzle over top
  • 5. Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve warm
