Steps:
- 1. Mix flour,sugar and salt.Add shortening with a fork and mix into small crumbs.Beat vinegar,egg and water together.Add to dry mixture and stir well to combine.Mold into a ball,flatten.Chill at least 15 mins. Refrigerate 3 days or freeze. Makes 5 9-inch crusts.
