Netty's Special Sauce image

This sauce is very nice with scallops, pork chops and chicken.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 teaspoon(s) coconut secret
1/4 cup(s) pinapple teriyaki grilling marinade
1 teaspoon(s) mango chutney
1/8 teaspoon(s) sesane seed oil
THIS IS ENOUGH SAUCE FOR 8 SEA SCALLOPS, ADJUST RECIPE FOR CHICKEN OR PORK

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. For scallops: put scallops in a broiler safe pan,Pre-heat broiler. Pour sauce over the scallops coating them well. Then broil them until desired doneness. Goes well with brown rice, and a nice dinner salad. Enjoy!
