Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box Duncan HInes Butter recipe chocolate cake mix.
5 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
6 oz pkg chocolate chips
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 lb. powdered sugar sifted

Steps:

  • Combine cake mix, 2 eggs & butter and mix well. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1 C. of the pecans and chocolate chips over batter. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, 3 eggs, sugar & remaining 1/2 C. nuts & chocolate chips. Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until firm on top. Cool. Cut into squares.
