Steps:
- 1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter. Press into bottom of spring from pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 10 min. 2. Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar. Beat eggs with 5 Tbl sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla; add to cream cheese mixture. Beat for 15 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Turn off oven and let cake stand in unlit oven 30 min. 3. Remove cake from oven and preheat oven to 450. Mix remainder of sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Bake for 5 minutes. 4. Cool and put in refrig overnight. Top with berries or canned fruit pie filling the next day.
