NANA'S BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/4 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 c ground walnuts
16 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 small butterscotch pudding
l large butterscotch pudding
3 c milk
pint heavy whip cream

Steps:

  • Preheat over 350 Cream butter, add flour. Combine walnuts. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 mins. Cool Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar 10 minutes. Spread on top of cooled walnut. Hand whip butterscotch and milk. Spread butterscotch on top cream cheese mixture. Whip heavy cream the day you will serve. Spread whip cream on top. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
