Steps:
- Batter: Heat oven to 350-400 degrees Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Add melted chocolate In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add to batter. Place wax paper or parchment paper in bottom of 8 inch square bake pan Pour batter. Bake for 25 minutes. ICING: Boil all ingredients until thick. Let cool. Apply to baked, cooled brownie mixture. Decorate with cherries
