- 1. combine all ingredients pat them as if you were making a hamburger patty May like to chill for a firmer mixture or add more crumbs, panko or whatever You prefer
- 2. drop in a preheated fry pan sprayed with Buttery Pam
- 3. Very quick and economical. Splash with a little more lemon and tartar sauce mine is made with mayo, mustard and catsup
