this is just a different way of cooking fried taters. when I make fried taters this is the way I make them. I don't like plain tater at all they don't have any taste. my family loves these and so do I.

Steps:
- 1. peel and slice you potatoes. give them a good wash in water. chop up your onions and bell peppers. add some butter or cooking oil to a skillet and put your taters in the pan add the onions and bell peppers then add you salt and pepper.
- 2. now to add some jazz to it you can also add some montreal steak seasoning. I don't always put that in my taters I do some times. to me it just gives it a good flavor.
