Number Of Ingredients 7

5 cups flour
2 teasoons salt
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons baking powder

  • Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter till mixture is granular. Add oil and warm water, mix till dough forms a ball. Cook on hot comal or cast iron skillet till bubbles form on top side and lightly browned spots form on bottom about a minute if comal is hot enough.
