I make chili many different ways, but this is my favorite go to recipe that I learned from my grandmother Swecker. She never wrote it down, I just watched her make it and paid attention to detail. I have changed it a bit over the years.

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef, when cooked add green peppers and onions and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
- 2. Rinse Pinto beans and place into a large dutch oven.
- 3. Add all other ingredients to the pinto beans and simmer for 90 minutes so that the flavors combine. Enjoy!
