MUSTARD - TAHINI DRESSING image

1/2 to 2/3 cup of water.
1/2 cup of fresh lemon or lime juice.
1/2 cup of tahini (found at most grocery stores).
1/3 cup of brown rice syrup (found at most health food stores).
3 tablespoons of ground mustard.
1 tablespoon of Bragg Liquid Aminos (found at most health food stores).
2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.
1 small packet of splenda.
Dash of cayenne pepper.

Steps:

  • 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 2. Add more water slowly if you prefer a thinner consistency.
