This is from a South African recipe book. I have used it as a sauce for roast or boiled meats, as a dip for vegetables, on hot dogs, on pasta or on just about anything. The recipe says 50ml mustard powder but I always add more as my family likes it a little hotter.

Steps:
- Put the ingredients in the order listed into the top pot of a double boiler and whisk with a wire whisk to break the eggs.
- Set the bottom pot of the double boiler with water on stove to boil. When water is boiling turn down the heat a little and put the top pot into the water.
- Cook the mustard over the boiling water for about 5-8 minutes stirring occasionally until the mixture coats the back of spoon.
- Pour into glass jar and keep in the fridge.
