Mustard-Glazed Salmon image

4 small skin-on salmon fillets (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed

Steps:

  • Place salmon, skin sides down, in single layer on plate. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spread onto salmon.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Heat broiler. Place salmon, skin sides down, on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until salmon flakes easily with fork. (No need to turn salmon during the broiling time.)
