MUSSUELS FRA DIAVOLO image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb green lip mussels
4 cloves garlic minced
1 C chopped onion
2 T parley
pinch crushed red pepper
1/3 C olive oil
1 C white wine
2 28oz cans tomatoes
pasta

Steps:

  • cook onion & garlic till soft. add wine, parsley and tomatoes. cook sauce aboutv 20 minutes till slightly thickened. add mussels 5-10 mins covered. serve over pasta
