Steps:
- Remove Beef Tenderloin/Rib roast from pan. Wrap with foil and let stand. and red wine to the pan , bring to a boil, scraping the bottom of the pan to get all the bits and dripping. Add the reduced juice to a large sauce pan. Add the Beef Broth, Mushrooms, A1 and butter. Bring to a slow roiling boil. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until mushrooms are cooked. Slowing whisk in Flour/water mixture until thicken.
