MUSHROOM DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 small pkg mushroom
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg dried onion soup
1 bar cheddar cheese
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Steps:

  • Coarsely chop mushrooms and water chestnuts. Saute in butter. Add flour and onion soup. Let cool. Add sour cream. Stir and pour in small casserole. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
