MUSHROOM BLUE PIZZA image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 large onions, sliced
2 tsp. brown sugar
8 oz. shitake mushrooms, or mushroom of choice
1 pizza crust, Boboli
8 oz. Blue cheese
1 Tbs. of fresh Thyme or 1 tsp. dried

Steps:

  • Caramelize onions and sugar in pan for 20 minutes. Saute mushrooms for 8 minutes. Assemble pizza: Scatter thyme on crust, then blue cheese. Top with onions and mushrooms. Place in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
