Mudslide Cupcake image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 teaspoon Espresso
4 ounce bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons Baileys
2 tablespoons Kahlua
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Cake: follow chocolate guinness cupcake directions, accept add in 1 tsp of espresso powder to dry ingredients.
  • Ganache: Follow Irish car bomb recipe but with ingredients as listed (bittersweet choc, cream, baileys, kahlua, butter).
  • Frosting: follow Baileys frosting recipe (2 sticks of butter for buttercream) on Irish car bomb recipe.
