Monika's Moist Meatloaf image

I tend to create recipes with things I already have in my pantry. This is one of those creations and it truly came out perfectly seasoned.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 pound(s) 80/20 ground beef
1 cup(s) herbed stuffing mix
1 cup(s) milk
2 - eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 cup(s) ketchup

Steps:

  • Combine the cup of herbed stuffing mix with the cup of milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes, until the milk has softened the mix.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the eggs, garlic, salt, pepper. Then add in the softened stuffing mixture and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish and form into the classic meatloaf shape. Top it with the ketchup and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
