Monday's Special Stew image

I got this recipe from my MIL and who knows how long she has had it! I love it because I don't have to do anything but cut up the veggies, the oven does the rest! Enjoy! My family has over the years!

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c raw potatoes, diced
2 c celery, chopped
1 1/2 lb raw hamburger
1 c onion, minced
1 c green peper, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 c canned tomatoes, with the juice

Steps:

  • 1. Place in baking dish in order listed, pouring tomatoes over top.
  • 2. Bake covered for 2 hours at 350 degrees.
