MOM'S TURKEY MEATLOAF image

package of ground turkey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup celery
onion
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
soy sauce
1 pepper from can of pepper in adobo sauce
topping:
chili sauce
adobo
brown sugar

Steps:

  • mix it all together put it in muffin tins should make about 10 cook 20 min at 350 spoon topping on each cook another 10 minutes
