This is the chili that my mother madewhen I was a child. It is a good change of pace from the Cincinnati style chili that my family also likes.

Steps:
- Brown onion and ground beef, drain off grease.
- Combine onion, ground beef, tomato juice, diced tomatoes, elbow macaroni. Add seasoning to taste.
- Heat until macaroni is cooked. About 15 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and oyster crackers.
